Join us for a wide variety of topics related to lifeskills and building independence at home and in the community. Learn the steps to completing your own laundry and other household or personal responsibilities in a fun, friendly and supportive group environment. 

How to Connect

These exciting new group remote sessions will use Zoom, an easy-to-use video conferencing website. Zoom can be used from any computer, tablet (Android/iPad), or smartphone (Android/iPhone). Participants can join along with their remote case manager and/or receive an invite in their emails for each scheduled session. No software downloads are necessary to use Zoom - simply click the link in the email and you’re connected!
