Employment Education and On-the-Job Support
We offer personalized employment services to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities to help them find and maintain meaningful employment based on their skills, preferences, interests and strengths. We assist people to become members of the workforce through our job preparation curriculum (e.g. interviewing skills), skill acquisition, preference assessments, cultivation of community employment opportunities, on-the-job training, and transportation.
