Group Remote Session: Conversations and Connections

Join Elise for conversations and connections! This group is designed to act as a forum for individuals to connect remotely, through instructor facilitated conversation prompts. We’ll share joy, laughs, common frustrations, and challenges in a comfortable and friendly environment. We’ll discuss strategies for understanding perspectives, dealing with emotions, gaining independent living skills, learn social repair and problem solving, and discuss how to interact successfully with friends, family, coworkers, and bosses.

How to Connect

These exciting new group remote sessions will use Zoom, an easy-to-use video conferencing website. Zoom can be used from any computer, tablet (Android/iPad), or smartphone (Android/iPhone). Participants can join along with their remote case manager and/or receive an invite in their emails for each scheduled session. No software downloads are necessary to use Zoom - simply click the link in the email and you’re connected!

To participate in this session, please contact Victoria Gill, Director of Program Operations, at VictoriaG@PlymouthCapeArc.org.
