The Arc of Plymouth and Upper Cape Cod’s Service Request System (SRS) is designed to streamline and prioritize
requests to allow faster response times when we have critical needs.
This system can be used on a phone or iPad and only takes a few minutes. The system allows our team to track data and identify the needs of the organization. Instructions A QR code has been distributed throughout the organization that will be scanned by your phone or iPad. Once scanned, you will be taken to a series of questions on your emerging issue. The system will also allow you to take a picture of your problem if needed.
