Autism Support Services
Pathways is a day and employment service designed for people with autism. Along with instruction of functional life skills, this service works with participants on the enhancement of functional academics, verbal behavior, vocational skills and relationship building using person-centered instructional methods. Small group instruction, community-based incidental instruction, and comprehensive assessments are used, with the goal of enhancing quality of life and preparing for meaningful, gainful employment in the community.
Pathways integrates and includes people we support in their communities. Some examples of activities include:
Volunteer and civic activities
Leisure and recreational activities
Fitness and wellness instruction
Cooking classes
Self-advocacy training and participation
Arts and crafts

Agency with Choice is a cutting-edge service which allows the person receiving services to co-manage their funds, in collaboration with The Arc. This is the preferred option for people with autism who are aging out of the school system.
People with disabilities and their families value the ability to determine how their funds are allocated when utilizing our AWC service.
