Employment Education and On-the-Job Support
We offer personalized employment services to people with developmental and intellectual disabilities, autism and brain injuries to help them find and maintain community jobs based on their skills, preferences, interests and strengths. We assist people to become members of the workforce through our job preparation curriculum, job skill acquisition, job preference/ability evaluation, job recruitment, on-the-job training, and transportation.

Pathways is a service designed for people with autism. Along with instruction of functional life skills and utilization of assistive technology, this service works with participants on the enhancement of functional academics, verbal behavior, vocational skills and relationship building using person-centered instructional methods. Small group instruction, community-based incidental instruction, and comprehensive assessments are used, with the goal of enhancing quality of life and independence.
